(It’s a field that appears on all university application forms and is meant for things like financial aid verification. For everyday expenses, like conference registrations, it will just generate an automatic ID if this is left blank. How to Register
You can register by credit card payment via the online registration form linked above (the fee may be paid by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA). 

Registration Information
Registration covers all instruction, program materials, and meals as stated – reception on 6/20, morning breaks, lunches, afternoon breaks on 6/21 and 6/22, and morning break on 6/23. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

Registration Deadline
All registrations and payments must be received by 4:00 p.m. ET on Monday, June 12, 2017. After this date, you can register on-site during the event. An additional $30.00 will be charged for walk-in registration.

Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

If your request to withdraw is received by Tuesday, June 6, 2017, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by email to conferences[at] or fax to 814-863-5190. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. After this period, the participant or organization shall be held responsible for the full fee.

Anyone who is registered, but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A registration form and full payment by the substitute is required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed.
