Registering for ICAD'98

Here are the details for registering at ICAD'98. There is a discount if you book early (for bookings received by 21/Sep/98). If you have any queries about registration please contact: icad98_registration@santafe.edu. Book early to avoid disappointment!

Tutorials (1/Nov/98)

Check the details of the Tutorials. To register for each tutorial costs:

	Registration (no early or late registration for tutorials)
Student	Free
Academic/Academic related	Ł25 per tutorial
Industrial	Ł25 per tutorial

Tutorials will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, as numbers are limited. Turtorials will run in parallel - 1 and 2 in the morning, 3 and 4 in the afternoon. Please state which morning and afternoon tutorials you would most prefer to attend. We will then do our best to match you to your preferences. If you book late we might only be able to give you your second choice, or none at all.

To register for the main ICAD'98 conference costs:

Registering

There are two things you must do:

Fill in the Registration Form and send it back to us with payment by post or fax.
Book a hotel

After you have filled-in the registration form you can fax or send it by post to us with evidence of payment. You cannot submit it electronically for security reasons. If you want to pay by credit card then please note that we are only able to take MasterCard or Visa (NOT Amex or Diners Club unfortunately). In order to register at the student rate you must currently be a student and provide us with formal proof of your student status. Please fax or send a copy of this when you register.

You must also book your own hotel. It will not be booked when you send in your registration form, you must do it yourself. Details of the conference hotels can be found on the hotels page.

Booking terms and conditions

The conference package includes lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Civic Reception and welcome from the Lord Provost in Glasgow's City Chambers, Conference Dinner, and Trip to Glengoyne whisky distillery.
Students rate is open to full and part-time students and is available with proof of status (eg letter from supervisor).
Refunds (less Ł25) will only be given on cancellations received before 1/Oct/98. Confirmed substitutes will be accepted after this date, subject to booking terms above.
Applicants for tutorials please note that spaces are limited and places will be allocated as applications are received. If we are not able to offer you your first choice of tutorial we will try to give you your second.
